ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF
REGIONAL EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATOR
Claudia Chinnery-Sargeant
Claudia Chinnery-Sargeant manages three levels of communication: regional, district, and local (which includes three districts and a total of 21 local congregations in the region). She is therefore tasked with maintaining consistent communication, using various forms of technology, and coordinating all reporting for the region, consisting of five Caribbean countries.
REGIONAL TREASURER
Paula Smith
The Regional Treasurer holds fiduciary responsibility for the finances of the region. The duties include overseeing and managing the region’s financial resources, financial reporting, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
REGIONAL BUDGET DIRECTOR
Bernadine Lloyd
The primary responsibility of the Regional Budget Director is to manage and oversee the region’s budgeting process, ensuring financial plans align with strategic goals and that spending is within established limits. The Budget Director works with the Regional Bishop to develop and implement budgetary policies, monitor expenditures, and analyze financial performance.
REGIONAL MINISTERIAL REPORTING COORDINATOR
Alfreda Leonard
Lady Alfreda Leonard manages the reporting system for the Paragon Region. She maintains the database for pastoral and ministerial reporting. She utilizes the reports to generate several demographic and statistical data for the region. Ministerial reporting is an essential aspect of the management of the Region.
REGIONAL WEBSITE ADMINISTRATOR
Verona Celeste Hutchinson
Verona Celeste Hutchinson manages the website for the Paragon Region. She ensures it is ALWAYS up-to-date, so it can be the 1st point of contact if information is needed. She communicates and engages with Squarespace (the host) if there are any issues to ensure the site is fully operational and without any problems. She also assists in keeping the social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, and “X”) current daily. The website is an essential aspect of the region’s management.
SUPPORT STAFF
Regional Bishop Support Coordinator
Minister EMILY GEORGE
The Regional Bishop Support Coordinator collaborates with regional churches to assist the Regional Bishop and his family through prayers, planning, encouraging words/deeds, and financial support. The Biblical model is Aaron and Hur supporting Moses's arms in support of the task of leading the people of God – Exodus 17:12b).
Regional Bishop Liaisons
Assist the Regional Bishop with understanding the cultural distinctiveness of the churches whose primary language
is Creole or French/Papiamento/Spanish to include the following:
1) Assist in the planning of regional events to ensure that the cultural distinctiveness of the churches in the region
is considered in the planning and execution of all regional events
2) Assisting in regional strategic development and training to ensure input from the churches
3) Work with the Regional Bishop when Pastoral appointments are required for the churches
4) Assist the Regional Ministry Directors when requested to provide input regarding the unique needs of the churches
